Join us at our second Hike for Health!

Location: Mirror Lake State Park

Fee: You will need to have your own daily or yearly state park pass to enter the park. You can purchase at an state park or online at the Wisconsin DNR website Daily use costs: $13/ 12 month yearly pass costs: $28

We will park at the Fishing Pier which is located near the Boat Rentals and Boat Dock. Your adventure guide will have a Strength In Wellness, Inc sign to identify themselves to you. Please either fill out the liability waiver prior to attending on this website, or your adventure guide will have paper copies for you to sign. We will then hike the Echo Rock and Ishnala Loop which is approximately 2.1 miles and takes approximately an hour to complete.

During this hike we will explore intention setting, mindfulness, and grounding techniques. We will also discuss the importance of finding your space in this world.
